On 16th August 2019 I answered the phone, there was a long pause and then an Asian accent said 'bye' before hanging up; just another annoying call.

They called me and actually knew my name, which caught me off guard. I quickly asked what they needed to talk about, and that seemed to confuse them a bit. Then they said something about me being charged too much by my bank. I’ve never actually paid any bank fees before, so it was obvious to me it was a scam.

I picked up, but they just ended the call straight away.
