I asked where they were calling from and they said London, but the number actually showed up as Northern Irish. When I pointed that out and asked why the number wasn't from London, she just ended the call suddenly. Bit fishy if you ask me.

They also mentioned that our phone bill was on direct debit - how did they even know that? Seems like a lucky guess to me. They didn’t manage to get any other details though.
