Received a rather suspicious call from someone claiming to be from 'Microsoft', saying my laptop was experiencing issues that they could resolve for me. I firmly instructed her to hang up and not to contact me again. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such a ruse-back in 2020, I was duped out of £485 by these so-called representatives of Microsoft before my bank intervened and refunded the amount. So, dear readers, please stay vigilant and don’t let these charlatans take advantage of you!
