Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming to be from BT, saying there was a problem with my router. Since I don't even use BT for my internet, I knew right away it was a scam. I played along, pretending to follow her instructions on the keyboard while acting a bit puzzled. After a few minutes, I got fed up, told her what I really thought, and then ended the call.
