I received a call from someone claiming to be John in the computer tech department. When I inquired about his location, he told me he was in London. He insisted it was a crucial matter, yet didn’t provide any reference number. To make matters worse, he had the nerve to ring me again just a minute later, stating that I had contacted him. I assured him that wasn’t the case and that I had absolutely no plans to get in touch with him. He ended the call abruptly after that. What a cheek!
