Got a ring from someone with an Asian accent pretending to be from BT tech support. They reckoned my internet was hacked and asked me to get online so they could remotely fix the viruses on my computer. I just stalled them by having a chat for a bit, then said since I actually work in BT tech, maybe I could assist - if they’d provide a case number. You wouldn't believe how quickly they cut off the call!
