Got a call around 3 in the afternoon from a woman who was quite polite and said she was from www.Homeservsolutions.co.uk (spelled exactly like that), trying to sell me TV insurance. I decided to humour her, told her I use Lloyds bank, mentioned I’ve been poorly recently and that my daughter handles my banking. I fed her a made-up card number, but she kept pushing for a real one. Even when I told her she probably wasn’t really from Homeserve, she stayed calm and polite, telling me to check their website. She said she’d ring back at the same time tomorrow after I’ve had a look. Can’t promise I’ll be as forgiving then!

Keeps calling loads but nobody ever talks when I pick up, even got a ring at 11 at night which was odd.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT, asking me to confirm my bank card details. Pretty sure it was a scam.
