Got a call from some bloke with a robotic voice saying my BT internet was going to be disconnected today and to press 1 to sort it out. I just hung up straight away. I’m not even with BT! If you’re with BT, watch out for calls like this. My tip? Don’t do what they tell you, just end the call and ring BT on a number you trust yourself.
