I received a call from someone claiming to be from Windows, stating that they wanted to discuss my Windows computer. I informed them that I didn't own a computer with the Windows operating system. They asked if I had a laptop instead, to which I replied with a negative. Puzzled by this, I inquired as to why they were asking. However, before I could get an answer, the caller abruptly ended the conversation and hung up on me. It's worth noting that I am also a customer of TalkTalk.

They informed me that they were representatives of WINDOWS, claiming that my computer had alerted them regarding multiple issues. Then, they instructed me to turn on my computer and press the start button. Furthermore, they proceeded to tell me to type www.fix.us into the search box. Curious about what I should be expecting to see on the screen, I inquired, and they replied that certain words would appear. Reportedly, I informed them that I could indeed see some words, prompting them to request that I relay what was being displayed. In a rather confrontational manner, I retaliated by saying that I could see the words "F***K OFF," which led to them subjecting me to several minutes of aggressive and abusive language. Having realized that I am a TalkTalk customer, I have taken measures to block their number now!

Claiming to represent TalkTalk, an individual requested that I turn on my computer. Humoring them for a short time, I eventually interrupted the call by blowing a referee's whistle, an action followed by me swiftly disconnecting the call. Shortly after, the person called me again, cursing at me for terminating their previous call. It is worth mentioning that I received three silent calls from this same number yesterday, with an additional three today.

Today, I received three calls from this particular number. Unfortunately, I missed the first call, but when I checked the caller ID by dialling 1471, it displayed this number. The second call came about thirty minutes later and was completely silent. This prompted me to inform talktalk that it was a bothersome call. Almost immediately after I hung up, they called me again. This time, an Indian woman spoke on the other end. I quickly informed her that I knew it was a scam and that I had already reported them. Without giving her the chance to say anything else, I abruptly ended the call.

I've been receiving phone calls from individuals who use a computer program to initiate the call and then transfer it to an Indian caller. After blocking the number 002615084801, I received another call within 10 minutes from the same source but with a different number, 02615084801. Quite cunning. Nevertheless, I promptly blocked this number as well.

A cold call came in on my work phone which I immediately recognized as the Windows Scam. I decided to play along and act as if I was doing what the caller wanted until he asked me to describe what I saw on the screen. That's when he began insulting me, calling me vulgar names and making derogatory comments about myself. Eventually, he hung up after hurling more insults. The call came from the number t001212528237 at 11am on Monday, November 23, 2015. It's worth mentioning that my work phone is registered on the business telephone preference list, so I suspect the call was made from abroad. At least I managed to waste some of his time.

I received a call from this number, claiming that my laptop has a virus! What an absurdity. I asked them to provide an explanation as to how they came to this conclusion, but they kept talking over me. I eventually told them to go away and warned them that I would report them. Surprisingly, he abruptly ended the call. Not surprisingly, when I tried calling back, the number was not recognized.
