Got a robo call saying it was BT warning me my internet was about to be disconnected. The person on the other end sounded like they were from some call centre in India. They already knew my name, address, postcode, and phone number. But when I asked for my BT account number, they just repeated my address again. Pretty obvious scam. I tried to lighten the mood by asking what they were wearing and if they had a sense of humour, but they just hung up straight away. Guess no plans for tonight now, back to the usual grind!

Got a robo call pretending to be from BT warning me my internet was gonna be cut off soon. Surely BT can’t just stand by while people get scammed like this? It’s pretty dodgy.
