8 yearsI got a call from a polite young woman with a foreign accent who claimed to be from Microsoft, saying I had some issue with my computer. It was pretty hard to catch everything she was saying, so I asked her to go slower. When I then asked where she was calling from, she just kept saying she was from Microsoft. I told her, jokingly, that I didn’t think Microsoft was a country though! After that, she hung up on me quite abruptly. Honestly, if ‘Microsoft’ wants to pull these scams off, they really should hire people whose English is easier to follow.Microsoft8 yearsI received a call from a pleasant young woman who claimed to be representing Microsoft. Unfortunately, her accent made it tricky for me to follow along, so I requested that she slow down a bit. Curiously, when I inquired about her country of origin, she merely reiterated that she was with Microsoft. I couldn’t help but mention that, although Microsoft is a significant corporation, it doesn’t quite qualify as a nation! This seemed to irritate her, as she abruptly hung up on me. It’s astonishing that “Microsoft” doesn’t ensure they hire individuals who can communicate more clearly; it might enhance their rather dubious attempts at scamming us!Microsoft8 yearsI missed the call since I wasn’t home. I’ve blocked the number now. These kinds of calls are ruining the use of landlines. Honestly, they need to be put a stop to.8 yearsthis number just rang me and a lady with an asian accent was on the phone. i asked straight if she was some kind of scammer or a cold caller, and she quickly said no, she wasn’t. then she just dropped the call. so yeah, pretty sure she was lying.Submit Your Own Report (024 8950 0368)
