I picked up and they just went straight to hanging up.

Got a call from someone claiming to do a health and safety survey for elderly folks here in the UK. I told him I wasn’t bothered, but he just wouldn’t stop, so I ended up hanging up. Then he rang me back a couple of times, but I just didn’t answer.
