Claimed to be from Shell about my grievance. He was after my personal information. I managed to keep him on the line for a good seven and a half minutes. I only told him to drop me an email instead. The trick is to throw them off with random banter; it confuses them for ages. In the end, they wrap it up and end up footing the bill for a pointless call!
