Got a call on my phone, but they didn’t say anything or leave a voicemail.

They keep ringing me non stop despite me picking up and asking them to remove my number from their list. They claimed they had a record saying I was in a car crash lately. I told them that wasn’t true, then they tried to say it might have been someone else living with me! But wait, you just said it was definitely me according to your records - where are you even getting this info from? Both things are wrong. I’m reporting them for harassing calls, hope they get slammed with a hefty fine.
