Some person rang me up, saying I was due a £4,500 married tax rebate. I just told them cheers and ended the call straight away.

In just a couple of days, I got calls from 4 separate numbers all over the UK, one of them being this one. None left any voicemail or sent a text. When I looked up the digits, it showed HMRC, but my phone labelled it as a likely scam. Quite suspicious if you ask me!

Got a call about some tax refund thing because I'm married or something. Not sure if it's legit, but sounded like a rebate or discount related to marriage. Anyone else been told this?
