I received a barrage of ten calls back-to-back from this number. When I finally picked up, I warned them that I'd involve the police if they didn't cease their incessant ringing. They promptly disconnected the call.

I didn't pick up, but considering I don't have any acquaintances in Coventry and I definitely wasn't anticipating any calls from that area, I'm going to take a wild guess and say it's either some dodgy scam or just a bunch of nonsense.
