I saw a missed call from this number listed as spam, so I looked it up here and yep, it’s definitely blocked now. Tried to call back but didn’t bother in the end.

they rang me three times back to back. I picked up and they knew my name straight away. When I asked who they were, they said something about "updates to BT lines in my area and copper lines being phased out soon," so I just ended the call. definitely sounded like a scam to me.

Was a number I didn’t recongnise so I picked up, and some weird foreign accent said my own name. I told them no and just ended the call 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ How is it that these scams are just everywhere now? Proper nasty if you ask me.
