I’m partially deaf so answering calls from V4 Consumer is pointless, I’ve explained my hearing issues but they keep ringing anyway. I had the same headache as others have mentioned. Ended up switching providers through Uswitch because I was shelling out 41 quid a month for a landline I barely use, and the cost kept going up. Honestly, avoid this company if you can.

Somebody rang me saying they were with V4 Consumer, the folks who provide my internet. They wanted to bump up my monthly direct debit by about £2.50 for ‘security’ on my wifi over the next two years. This was right after I’d already had a rise of roughly £2.25 every month, supposedly because of inflation. I told them to keep things how they are - no thanks - and they said that was fine. That was the end of it.
