To everyone getting calls from this number: Make sure to sign up with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), as it takes around 28 days for it to kick in. Additionally, it's worthwhile to lodge a complaint with OFCOM. If you wish to file a complaint, ring OFCOM at 0300 123 3333. According to OFCOM’s own site: "If a company persistently makes silent or abandoned calls, Ofcom might pursue enforcement action, which could lead to fines of up to £2 million for that company." Remember, if you don’t voice your complaint, they can’t take any measures.

For the past several months, this number has been incessantly ringing my phone. I recommend steering clear of answering it altogether. Just let it ring without picking up; doing so gives the impression that the line is occupied, which may lead to an uptick in their attempts to contact you.

I've also taken the step of registering with the Telephone Preference Service, but honestly, it seems utterly ineffective-like they’re just spinning their wheels with no power whatsoever.

Unfortunately, it looks like we’ll have to endure these nuisance calls for the foreseeable future.

I’ve become thoroughly fed up with this persistent caller who would ring me incessantly-up to five times daily for the past three weeks, only to hang up without a word. After a fair while of this nonsense, I finally got someone on the line and warned them that I would consider legal action for harassment if it didn’t stop.
