7 yearsThis definitely seemed like a call from an overseas call centre. They were offering free local, international, and evening/weekend calls as a reward for being a loyal customer and paying bills promptly. They asked for my date of birth, but when I asked for my customer account number, they said they couldn’t provide it. Then I asked if they were calling from ‘Sky Telecom’, and after a bit of hesitation, they said "Y-yes". I told them I use a different provider and ended the call right there.
