It's crazy how some folks still seem to fall for these scams. Honestly, it's a waste of time to pick up when these so-called deals come calling. Better to just ignore them altogether, those offers never really exist anyway.

These people are total scammers and so irritating. I just don’t get why they haven’t been stopped yet. Got a call from them today at 12:26 on 21/11/23. Roy.

Some “eco-friendly” business just rang me asking to check my loft insulation… yeah, sure, sounds like a total con to me. Blocked the number straight away!

She called me up saying there was a free survey available for loft insulation. I told her I was quite keen, but mentioned I lived on a canal boat (which isn’t true at all!). That seemed to put an end to the conversation quickly.

I didn’t bother saying anything, just found it really annoying.

They just wouldn’t stop chatting, going on and on even after I told them to stop and remove my number from their list. After a while, I gave up asking and just let the phone sit there while they kept blabbering away. Eventually, they must’ve got bored and hung up. Honestly, some people are so daft they can’t take a simple “No thanks, don’t call again” on board. It’s mad - we should seriously have some kind of law to deal with people like this.
