He mentioned there were problems with houses nearby, though it turns out he meant a much bigger postcode area than mine. When I asked what kind of problems, he told me about cold patches in the insulation if it’s been done badly. They want to send a person round with some kind of meter to check for dampness. If they spot anything wrong, apparently they’ll give you advice on what to do next... but he swore he wasn’t trying to sell me anything. Yeah, right. Blocked the number straight away. If I need their help, I’ll reach out to them myself.
