I had a couple of calls from the same number range recently. The first caller was a pleasant woman who arranged an appointment, but then a gentleman called afterwards and provided a bit more detail about the process for when the third chap would come to conduct a survey. He offered a complimentary check for damp in the loft and wanted to assess the insulation levels as well. He mentioned that their security measures were high, which I found a bit reassuring. However, he posed some rather unusual questions that left me feeling slightly uneasy. I can’t shake the feeling that something was off, especially since I’d be alone when they came.
