Got a couple of calls from 02476982821 just before midnight on the 5th of July 2024. A man with an Asian accent was claiming money had been taken from my bank account. I ended the call straight away and blocked the number. Definitely a SCAM, best not to pick up!

This afternoon I got a call from someone saying they were with the National Cyber Security Centre. They told me that loads of my personal data was being accessed by hackers and that they thought there was spyware on my computer. I instantly thought it was dodgy. When I asked what they planned to do next, of course they said they wanted to install software to check for spyware. I then asked for his name and the official phone number for the UK NCS. After a brief silence he said to hold on while he got that for me. Pretty clear scam in my book, so I just hung up.

Got a call from some bloke pretending to be from HMRC, telling me I'd be nicked for dodging my taxes. Completely dodgy.
