This number buzzed me 4 times but no one said anything! Lately I’ve been dealing with a nightmare from DHL about a messed up delivery, their rubbish parcel tracking "service" that barely works, and their automated phone line that never lets you get through to a real person to fix what’s really their mess - it just ends the call. This number just takes you to that same pointless robot system. Who knows if it’s some kind of scam but it’s definitely typical of how useless they are!

Service wasnt amazing but I was waitin on a parcel from DHL. They left a note in the letterbox since I wasnt home. The note wasnt filled properly cos the parcel went back to the depot, but it had this number on it 02476 937 770. I managed to reschedule the delivery online for the very next day.

Just to chime in with the other DHL comments, I had to ring DHL back in July 2022. Can confirm it really is their customer service line. (They were about as useful as a soggy tea towel lol)

Unknown number. It showed up 5 times on my bill dated 4th November between about 5:18pm and 5:42pm - the total came to £2.09.

Someone left a DHL Parcel UK card in my letterbox. They knocked on my door a couple of times, but as I wasn't expecting anyone, I just ignored it. The card has a cross marked next to "Your parcel has been returned to DHL Parcel UK depot for one of the following reasons:", but none of the specific reasons are ticked. I haven't bought anything recently. The card seems legit though. It states they'll try to deliver a couple more times. Not sure if this is a scam or if they've got the wrong address.

Got some texts saying a parcel was on its way, then another saying it was delayed. Then I got an email with a tracking number showing it was delivered even before I got the texts! After two weeks and about ten emails, UK MAIL gave me this number and told me to get in touch with DHL. Fingers crossed!

It was DHL calling me. For those of you who automatically assume it’s a scam, chill out. Mistakes happen, like someone putting in the wrong phone number or the delivery person dropping off a parcel at the wrong address. So yeah, don’t get all paranoid and start waving your CCTV footage around like it proves something. Honestly, some people need to relax.

It’s DHL, innit. For all those muppets thinking it’s some sort of con, just remember people ain’t perfect, sometimes they punch in the wrong phone number so you get a call even if you’re not waiting for a parcel. And delivery drivers do get confused and end up at the wrong address as well. So you can stick your CCTV where the sun don’t shine. Grown ass fools.

This morning I found a card pushed through my letterbox saying I missed a parcel delivery. I didn’t order anything, so I was pretty sceptical right away. Luckily, my CCTV caught the person dropping the card off, and I’m thinking of showing the footage to the police since the picture is quite clear. :)
