The call quality was absolutely dreadful! It turned out to be a pre-recorded voice insisting that my bank account had been misused for some sort of Amazon purchase. I didn’t hesitate to end the call!

The line was so fuzzy and they had some recorded voice saying something about £300 spent on Amazon with my card... I just told them I couldn’t hear properly and ended the call straight away!
