Gave it a single ring, I let it go unanswered, and I shan't be returning the call either. Most likely a dodgy caller posing as someone from HMRC, BT, Amazon Prime or the like. It could simply be a mix-up, yet who on earth makes a call only to suddenly realise they've erred? Best to steer clear of these sorts of calls and definitely don’t ring them back.

Got a call from some annoying number, hung up straight away. Properly annoying.

I'm pretty sure it was one of those annoying calls from an Indian call centre again! My missus picked up and right after she said hello, the call just dropped. If only all those pestering calls would just cut off like that! Pretty sure it was either some dodgy scam or just someone trying to hassle us.
