Got a call from an Asian woman, she was really chill and polite, kinda easy to talk to. She claimed she could lower my TV insurance from £7 to £5 a month. Total rubbish, I don't even have that insurance with them. They've rung me up about this before as well. As soon as I said I knew it was a scam, she hung up straight away. No shame at all, they really don't care about who they’re messing with.

i get calls from them daily around 10 or 11 at night. when they finally say something, it’s only for a moment and they never pronounce my name right, always way off. if they can't even say my name properly, i just hang up, no point wasting time. also, they talk with a thick asian accent, which makes it tough to catch what they're saying.

Really strange call from a silent number, they just stayed quiet on the line. Wonder what that was about.

They give you a call, and as soon as you pick up, they disconnect. You decide to ring them back, only to find the line is busy. When you attempt once more, it rings, but nobody bothers to pick up. It's rather frustrating, isn't it?
