i reckon that was a call centre ringing me up, sounded just like those scripted sales calls.

I got a call from a young guy saying he could do a free survey for loft insulation since I was apparently on some list because my insulation was rubbish. He said there might even be a grant from the government to sort it out. I ended up blocking the number because it felt like a pushy sales call.

I got a call from someone who said they were an adviser from "Eco" and claimed they got our info from jh data. We never give out any kind of permission for random calls like this, so I just hung up.

I got a call from some eco firm saying they’d do a free loft inspection since I’m supposedly on a government list because my insulation wasn’t good enough before. The young bloke on the phone was really polite, actually. Normally, I wouldn’t go for a survey just from some random cold call though.
