Today I got a call from 02476695680. A man introduced himself as Peter, but he spoke with an Indian accent, so I doubted his name was really Peter. He kept asking for Mr something, then tried asking if I was Mrs. I asked who it was and he said something like Benefits UK. When I asked what he wanted, he just ended the call. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

Every time I pick up, the person on the other end just stays silent, no words said at all.

got a call from this number today but there was no voicemail after i missed it. it called back soon after and when i picked up, there was a pause then a woman said something i couldnt really understand before hanging up. think i'll just block it anyway.

It's really irritating, they've called me three times within just a couple of hours!

This number rang me for the first time today. When I picked up, the caller immediately wanted to speak to a Mrs. I decided to be polite and asked who was calling instead, trying a different approach. He repeated his request for Mrs. and then asked if I was [my first name]. I once again asked nicely who he was, only for him to snap, "f### off, you don't deserve this service." I always thought call centre workers were told that they were offering a helpful service that people might actually want. Still, hearing that kind of response would be upsetting for a lot of people who answer the phone.

we told them to take our number off their list and still they keep ringing us, its like harassment at this point, even after we asked nicely not to be called again.
