I got a call from someone saying they were from EE’s “promotions” team, but they sounded like they were chuckling or something on the line. They were trying to sell me a discount on my existing plan. I just told them I wasn’t really interested - felt a bit dodgy, to be honest - and they were quite polite and ended the call without any fuss.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Vodafone, pushing me to upgrade my phone with a 3-year deal. When I told him I wasn’t interested at all, he started acting all immature and rude, even calling me “poor” and saying I “couldn’t afford it” which was pretty uncalled for. I’ve made sure to report the whole thing to Vodafone.
