Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT about an issue with my broadband. The people on the line had really strong Indian accents, which made it hard to get what they were saying. They were quite aggressive and started trying to scare me. At one point, they asked to control my laptop. I rang BT myself afterwards, and they told me it definitely wasn’t them calling.
