Got a call like this earlier. Some bloke claimed he was gonna drop my phone charges down to 12p from next month. When I said hang on a sec, no thanks, he just hung up straight away. I’m thinking of letting BT know about this too. It was about 5.30pm, caller didn’t say much, just said something about being an account manager.
