Since August 2010, we've been inundated with incessant calls from Amber - I mean, we had a staggering 29 in just the first week alone! Despite being registered with the Telephone Preference Service and reaching out seven times asking to be taken off their list, along with a final warning email sent back in February 2011… Well, take a guess what happened! Following a recommendation from the Office of Fair Trading, their number popped up on our caller ID again on 15th March. Seriously, what part of 'NO' is so hard for these folks to grasp???

This dodgy company keeps ringing up, trying to book a time to come and measure our windows, and they just won’t accept a simple no, no matter how many times I say it.

Just got a call from someone saying it was Amber Windows, but sounded like a total sales pitch. Definitely telemarketers trying to push their stuff. Annoying!

This same company keeps pestering me to book an appointment for a window measuring. They simply refuse to accept my refusal!

I received a rather dodgy phone call from a company claiming to be Amber. They were keen to dish out unsolicited quotes for services in my vicinity. It felt as though the chap was methodically calling every household in the neighbourhood! Quite the nuisance, if you ask me.

This is a bit of a fib, isn't it? She mentioned that I used to call them up to ask for a quote on windows, but the truth is, I don’t need any windows or have ever sought a quote!

The individual who called me was blatantly dishonest. She claimed that I had reached out to them asking for a quote on windows, which is absolutely false - I have no interest in that and have never requested such a quote!
