Some bloke claiming he was from OFGEM rang me up, saying my gas and electric meters needed updating. He wanted my meter numbers, but I told him to ring again later. Then I phoned my energy supplier and they said there’s no upgrade needed at all. Pretty clear it was a scam trying to get my contract details and switch me over to another supplier. If they call you back, best not to give out any info.
