Got a phone call out of the blue from this company Parker Mills, trying to sound all nice and get us to agree to a visit about some business rates refund. After finishing the chat, I used 1471 to see the number they called from and guess what? They’d blocked their caller ID. Seems a bit dodgy if you ask me, watch out for them!

Got a call from someone called Parker Mills. They didn't ask for anyone by their actual name, just said "Business Owner." They said it was about a "business rates refund," but it was clearly just a cold call trying to drum up business. Definitely not anything genuine or ongoing, despite what "Helen" made it sound like.
