Pretty sure this number’s been "cloned" or something, sounds like a VoIP setup. Got a call from a woman with a strong foreign accent, sounded like she was in some call centre. She claimed to be from Microsoft, yawn, talking about my laptop and other computers (yeah, as if!). Absolutely no way she was following TPS rules, and she definitely wasn’t local to Coventry either.
