We find ourselves on the same page here. We had booked a taxi with them, and then out of the blue, our phone rang. We picked up, only to have the call dropped immediately. It’s quite baffling, to be honest. The driver honked her horn as is customary, but it seems to me that a bit more communication wouldn’t go amiss. Perhaps it would be wiser for them to leave a recorded message or provide some kind of update? Incidents like this can be rather frustrating, to put it mildly.
