Got a call from 1471, but the number was unfamiliar. It was one of those automated messages telling you to press 1 if it’s your phone. An elderly relative pressed it without knowing any better, then the call just dropped. Tried getting help from BT’s fraud department afterwards, but they didn’t offer much assistance. Feels pretty dodgy to me.
