Got a call claiming to be from BT about my broadband, but the voice sounded foreign. Then, shortly after, another call came from 02476 346245. I didn’t even bother answering the second time and just hung up straight away. Definitely dodgy, so I’ve blocked that number now.

Some guy with a heavy accent called, struggled with his English, claimed he was from BT and said there was an issue with our internet. I asked him to prove who he really was, but he couldn't provide any proof. When I asked why he needed my account info, he seemed annoyed and I told him I didn’t think he was legit. Then he just said, ‘have a nice day ma’am’ and hung up. Just a heads up, I don’t even have BT, so this was definitely a scam call.
