I keep receiving calls from this line and it's becoming increasingly irritating. I can't quite tell if it's genuinely MBNA or not. Each time I pick up, there's complete silence at the other end. To make things worse, I’m bombarded with calls from different numbers, all purporting to be MBNA, and they always ring at the most absurd hours! I've really had it with these constant interruptions!

I picked up the phone and was greeted by an Indian gentleman claiming to be from MBNA, asking for my place of birth as a security question. I quickly hung up on him.
