Just spotted a 19 minute call to this number on my mum's recent phone bill. I rang it to check who it was and found out it’s TUI’s holiday change line. My mum is 96 and hasn’t left the house for over a year, plus she was in hospital on the day of the call! She lives on her own and there’s no way she made this call herself. Feels quite odd.
