Received a call but no message was left, then the line disconnected. I reckon it might be some sort of spammer.

This number rang me saying they were from the Southern Chronicle, but I’ve already been caught out by a similar trick from the North & Thames Express. They leaked my card info to loads of other papers and since then I’ve had calls coming in non stop, some days they ring me like 20 or 25 times. I reported it to the police because the ad I thought I was paying £99 for turned into a bill of over £2000 - they never sent me any proof before printing and just kept taking my money. There’s actually a forum on moneysaveingexpert.com now that’s dealing with these scams. The billing company, JPC or JGPC (Journal Group Publishing Company), was charging me twice for the same advert too.
