I received a phone call from this number purporting to be from the Southern Chronicle. However, I've had my fingers burned before by the North & Thames Express, who circulated my credit card information among various publications. Ever since, my phone has been bombarded with incessant calls-some days even reaching 25! I've lodged a report with the police because what initially seemed like a simple £99 ad quickly spiralled and drained over £2000 from my account, all without a single proof sent before they went to print. Thankfully, moneysavingexpert.com has initiated a new discussion forum to address these shenanigans. The invoicing entity, JPC or JGPC (Journal Group Publishing Company), was even charging me twice for the same advertisement!
