Both claim to handle outsourcing stuff in the UK. Thing is, they didn’t even use my full name properly - called me Miss and just my first name instead of Mrs Brown or something more formal. If you’re thinking about outsourcing, I’d suggest doing a bit more digging before taking tips from some random unexpected caller. To me, this one feels a bit dodgy and definitely raises some red flags.
