Received a call from someone purporting to be my "telecommunications provider". I thought I’d have a bit of fun, so I asked them to confirm which company they were representing. Quite cheeky of him, he then proceeded to insist that I mustn’t care about my actual provider. I replied that I do care, just not about his dodgy operation. At that point, he lost his cool and began raising his voice. What a character! His manner suggested he was anything but British!
