I've had a couple of chats with V4 Telecom from Coventry - they deal mostly with business mobiles and landlines. From what I saw, they weren't too forceful or anything. Seems like a legit company if you’re looking for that sort of thing.

A gentleman called David contacted me and inquired if I belong to a certain family. He requested me to participate in a survey since I was indeed part of that family. David proceeded to provide me with the name of a company, but it was unfamiliar to me and difficult to comprehend. Sensing this confusion, I politely mentioned that it seemed like a foreign language to me. Subsequently, David promptly ended the call. Quite an amusing encounter with David!

They didnt mention any company name but kept asking for Mrs Smith. When I asked who they were after, they said they thought it was a home phone and said sorry for the disturbance.

I keep receiving calls every week from them, requesting me to participate in a survey. I repeatedly inform them that I am not interested in doing a survey and ask them to stop contacting me. However, they persist in calling me week after week.

Oh, what a bother! I have the option to block numbers on my phone, so I'll use it to stop all calls from this specific number. Regrettably, my phone has a limit of 20 blocked numbers, and I've already reached that maximum amount!

I received a call from a person named Joel who asked me to participate in a survey. However, I politely declined his request. Instead of respecting my decision, he started harassing me by questioning why I didn't want to participate and what my problem with surveys was. I firmly stated that it was none of his business and reiterated my refusal. I also mentioned that I intended to report his number to the nuisance call line. Shorty afterwards, he ended the call abruptly by hanging up.

I've been receiving multiple scam calls from an unknown number. The callers don't say anything or keep asking for someone else. I am surprised how they managed to get hold of my contact information, as I am registered on the ex-directory and have also registered with the TPS to block unsolicited calls. It seems like the TPS is not doing a very effective job!

On my phone, the number appeared as unavailable but when I dialed 1471, it revealed the caller's number. I receive calls from them once every week, usually around 2:30 or during tea time. Despite repeatedly asking them not to call, they continue to ignore my request.

Some bloke from overseas rang asking for the person who owns the house by name, and when I told him they weren’t home he just cut the call. Bit cheeky really.

I received a call from someone identifying themselves as an Asian caller, who claimed to be representing "Consumer Opinions". When asked about their location, the person mentioned London, UK. I requested the person to provide their address, but the moment I asked for it, they abruptly ended the call. If BT (British Telecom) wished to, they could definitely take measures to tackle these fraudulent individuals. However, it appears that they are more focused on making money through selling phone services. Some people claim that politicians are only interested in serving themselves, but maybe businesses can be just as selfish.

I got a call on a Saturday at 8:29 in the morning, and they said it was for a survey. Seemed fishy though, probably trying to scam me for info. So, I just hung up straight away.

I suspect that this might be one of those numbers that charge you a large amount of money if you call them back. As a precaution, I now keep my answering machine on and only respond to calls if the other person speaks to me.

I am completely frustrated with this company that calls me at least twice a day. Despite being ex-directory and registered with the Telephone Preference Service, they continue to pester me. Even after requesting multiple times for them to cease calling, when I answer and encounter silence on the other end, I realize it is them. So now, as a way to inconvenience them, I simply place the phone in a drawer and let the call run up their bill.
