Had a call from someone claiming to be from Currys PC World, saying I was eligible for an upgrade. They immediately asked me who my mobile network was. I told them if they knew I was due an upgrade, they should already know that, and anyway, I've fully paid off my phone! Then the caller just hung up on me. Pretty clear it was a scam.

I didn't pick up, but got a voicemail from a woman who just said "hello" a few times, spaced out with quite big pauses. Probably didn't notice the answering machine kicked in.

The person claimed to be from my mobile network but wouldn't say which one, then just hung up when I asked for details.

Got a call from someone saying I’d been in an accident and that I should be getting some cash. They said they were with Aviva. Number was 02475427459.
