I wish these phone calls would just cease! Who are these bothersome individuals?

I had a run-in with these con artists who pretended to be representatives of O2, saying they needed to chat about my contract and perhaps suggest an upgrade. However, it's clear they're not affiliated with O2 at all. Better luck deceiving someone else!
