I got a call from a woman called Amy who said she represented a company called A-G and wanted to assist me with a claim for a small accident I supposedly had. When I asked her when this had happened, she responded like I must’ve had an accident before, but I told her I hadn’t. After that, her tone turned quite sharp and rude, and she started yelling at me for wasting her time. Just to be clear, she was the one who called me first, not the other way around. When I tried calling back to make a complaint, the line was disconnected immediately.
