Got a call from a man who sounded Asian, asking if I owned the house. When I asked him who he was, he started talking about energy stuff. I didn’t say anything back and he just ended the call.

Despite all the filters BT has set up on my line, this number still manages to get through, and weirdly, there’s no response when you answer the call.

Somebody called about swapping my boiler with Home Energy Savers, said it was for people on benefits. Told them I don’t get any, and straight away they just hung up. Typical scam call, really annoying.

I asked who was on the line and this rude bloke from Asia just hung up on me.

Picked up the call and they started talking about some government help for boilers. Told them I don’t even have gas at my place, and she just hung up straight away! So disrespectful. How on earth do they even get my number? I’m off the directory and signed up with the telephone preference service!
